A learning platform for creating, practising and sharing knowledge. Quizzes, flashcards, maths drills and swipe challenges on iPhone, with sponsor portals on the web.
Products and proofs of concept across disciplines and industries, from manufacturing tools to education, retail and finance. Each one pushes how fast an idea can become something real.
A desktop machine that delivers sharp, polished cutting-tool edges. A CoreXY gantry sweeps each tool, locked at a fixed angle, across a water stone, with every pass at the same angle and pressure.
It started as a question: how far, and how fast, can an idea go when AI is part of the team from day one? Hardware, electronics and software, from concept to a working machine, without a large team or a long roadmap.

It completed whole tasks independently, from start to finish. Where it still needed help, we built the tools.
The circuit, the board design and every line of firmware were created with AI. Mechanical CAD is not quite there yet: today's CAD software isn't built for AI.
Reading datasheets, researching components and working out the wiring went much faster, and the result was of higher quality.
To hold the result to the expected quality and stay in control of the product, you need custom tools that check the work. AI can build those as well.
PCB placement and routing still take rounds of iteration. So we built schemachef, an in-house electronics design accelerator that guides the process and runs it fully automated.

Different industries, built the same way: small team, AI throughout, and our own tooling for contracts, testing and operations.

A real-world scavenger hunt. Local businesses place QR snagpins; players track them down on a fuzzy map and earn a perk at the counter. AI runs the platform, with no operators needed.

The system our companies run on: finance, sales, subscriptions, partners, supply chain and people. One contract, driven equally from the command line, web, iPhone, Mac and by AI agents.
From a first sketch to a delivered product, across software, electronics and mechanics, in whatever industry you work in.
